• Name — used to identify your booking and personalise your ticket.
• Phone number — required to deliver your ticket via WhatsApp or SMS and to contact you about your booking.
• Email address — optional; collected only if you choose to provide it for support or account purposes.
• Booking details — route, travel date, number of passengers, selected boarding stop, and seat count.
• Device & usage data — browser type, pages visited, and actions taken on the site, collected automatically via Google Analytics to help us improve the service.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect solely to:

• Process and confirm your seat reservation.
• Deliver your ticket to you via WhatsApp, with SMS as an automatic fallback.
• Send booking-related notifications (e.g. schedule changes, cancellations).
• Respond to support requests and enquiries.
• Analyse usage trends to improve site performance and user experience.
• Comply with legal obligations under Ghanaian law.

3. Payment Information

All payments are processed securely by Paystack, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. We do not receive, store, or have access to your card details or Mobile Money PIN. Payment data is subject to Paystack's own privacy policy.

4. Ticket Delivery via WhatsApp & SMS

Your phone number is shared with our messaging partners (Arkesel and Bird) strictly for the purpose of delivering your ticket. These partners are contractually obligated to use your number only for this purpose and not to retain it beyond the delivery window.

5. Sharing of Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only in the following limited circumstances:

• Bus operators — your name and booking reference are shared with the relevant operator so they can manage seat assignments.
• Messaging partners — your phone number is shared with Arkesel and Bird solely to deliver your ticket.
• Payment processor — booking value and reference are shared with Paystack to process payment.
• Legal requirements — if required by Ghanaian law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of our users.

6. Data Retention

We retain booking records (name, phone, route, date) for a minimum of 12 months to assist with disputes, refund claims, and regulatory compliance. Analytics data is retained in accordance with Google Analytics' standard retention settings. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time (see Section 7).

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data, subject to legal retention requirements.
• Withdraw consent to marketing communications at any time.

8. Cookies & Analytics
